For fifteen years, I worked in an office, spending most of my time sitting in front of a computer. At first, the discomfort was minor — aching, stiffness. I thought it was simply part of the job. But as the years passed, constant sitting began to take its toll. What once felt like normal pain eventually turned into a serious problem: a painful tailbone cyst that ultimately required surgery.

The recovery period forced me to reflect on how harmful my work habits had been. Long hours of sitting not only strained my back, but also contributed to the development of the cyst. During those weeks at home, I realized that I needed to change not only how much I moved, but also the environment in which I worked.

I began exploring ergonomic solutions, and about ten years ago I discovered height-adjustable desks. The first time I tried one, I felt real relief — more movement, less pressure on my spine, and a level of mobility during the workday that I hadn’t experienced in years. That was when the idea was born.

I started testing different desk models, refining features, and sharing examples with friends. Eventually, I founded my own online store. What began as a painful personal experience became the foundation of a business dedicated to helping others create more ergonomic and healthier workspaces.
